ATTENDING CLASS AT YOGA SOUTH WEST

  • Drop Ins welcome. No booking required.

  • BYO small towel (& Yoga Mat if you have one). We do have mats if you need to borrow, however due to the sweaty nature of our classes, we recommend investing in a personal yoga mat.

  • Please arrive 10mins prior to class. 15 mins early in Dec/Jan.

  • Classes can often get hot and sweaty, please wipe down mats and your area before leaving.

  • MAKE YOURSELF FEEL AT HOME AND ENJOY YOUR PRACTICE !

FLOW - POWER flow - unwind

Our recipe for a well balanced practice

FLOW & FLOW90
Our signature class. A Vinyasa inspired class with the added spice you all know and love! Designed to strengthen, lengthen and encourage a steady focus. A creative & challenging class welcome to all levels of experience, however we do encourage complete beginners to join an Unwind class first (unless you love a challenge of course!).

POWER FLOW
An athletic yoga class. We heat the room a little more. We play loud house music, with a dash of old school remixed favourites. Expect to sweat & have a good time. This class is open to everyone. Nothing too complicated but it will test your strength and endurance. It's a GOOD time & we encourage you to come challenge/enjoy yourself!

UNWIND
A slower Yin inspired class. Full restoration, recovery and relaxation for the whole body/busy mind. The perfect compliment for your stronger practices. All levels welcome.

TONE
Currently found on our Online Class Platform only. Classes focused on specific strength and mobility drills to help refine our movement technique, build healthy/stable joints, & feel strong and confident in our yoga practice and/or daily life! These classes are for EVERYONE. They are NOT a yoga class but they complement a yoga practice like nothing else! Expect to move around the room, be challenged in new ways, get sweaty, and have a laugh!

FLOW 2.0

120 minute Practices. We combine Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Advanced Asana, Philosophy & more to allow for a deeper understanding and experience of Yoga. These classes are for students with an existing regular practice.

EXPRESS FLOW / FIND 30

All the goodness of our signature Flow, wrapped up into both 45 minute and 30 minute classes. For those days you feel a little short for time! You will find these classes along with more on the Online Practice Platform!
